At Her Ground, we are improving women's reproductive health across Pakistan through menstrual health education and access to sustainable menstrual products. We have distributed over 250,000 reusable cloth pads and 2,000 menstrual cups, while reaching nearly one million women and girls through awareness workshops on menstrual health, hygiene, and reproductive well-being. By breaking taboos, reducing stigma, and creating safe spaces for open conversations, we empower women and girls to manage their health with confidence, dignity, and equal opportunities in education, work, and community life.
AWE MENTOR
Facilitated by the U.S. Department of State, I serve as a strategic mentor for emerging female founders. Over the past three years, I have guided cohorts of young women in translating abstract concepts into viable, socially impactful enterprises. By focusing on financial modeling, sustainable revenue generation, and leadership development, I empower the next generation of female leaders to secure economic independence and drive localized systemic change.
